Athens Medical Center: 19th Employee Voluntary Blood Donation
Athens, February 2, 2021 – The Athens Medical Center organizes the Thursday 3 & Friday, February 4, 2022, the 19th Voluntary Blood Donation of the Hospital’s employees, in collaboration with the Athens General Hospital “G. Gennimatas”.
The 19th voluntary blood donation will be carried out on two (2) consecutive dates, strictly following the precautionary measures to avoid crowding of volunteer blood donors.
Due to the reduced voluntary offer and the increased needs that are presented, the contribution of all of us is important. For this purpose, the Athens Medical Center and its employees extend an invitation to participate to the general public, in order to maximize the benefits of the action.
The Athens Medical Group emphasizes that in all Hospital Blood Donation Services, as well as in mobile blood donation teams, all necessary measures are being taken to avoid the spread of the SARS – CoV – 2 virus and to protect the health of blood donors.
Blood Donation Date: Thursday, February 3, 2022 & Friday, February 4, 2022
Location: Athens Medical Center, Distomou 1-3, Conference Room – Building E
Hours: 12:00 – 17:00.
