The Company ATHENS MEDICAL S.A. announces that in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Mr. Evangelos V. Apostolopoulos, an obligated person, in accordance with the transaction notification to the Company dated 27/05/2020, proceeded on 26/05/2020 to sell 2,448 common shares of the Company, for a total value of €3,489.22.
