In accordance with the principles of Corporate Governance and international practice, Athens Medical E.A.E., through its Corporate Governance system, seeks to ensure:
- the protection of shareholders’ rights and the facilitation of their exercise,
- equal rights for each share, regardless of the number of shares held or the shareholder’s nationality,
- continuous and constructive dialogue with shareholders,
- accurate, timely, equal and transparent information for all shareholders,
- recognition of shareholders’ rights as set out in applicable legislation, and encouragement of their active participation in General Meetings.
