TAX AUDIT OF THE YEAR 2019
The company MEDICAL OF ATHENS S.A.E., in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, informs the investing public that following the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2019, which was conducted by its statutory auditors, in accordance with the provisions of article 65a of Law 4174/2013, for the Company and its subsidiaries PHYSIOTHERAPY & REHABILITATION CENTER FOR SPORTS INJURIES S.A.E. and MEDICAL TECHNIQUE S.A.E., corresponding tax certificates were issued with an unqualified conclusion.
