He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and two master’s degrees: an MSc in Computing from Imperial College and an MSc in Finance from Birkbeck College. Mr. Zerdilas has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked with the Group for more than 20 years. During his career, he has also held senior and executive management positions in other sectors, including shipping, investment and consulting. He has been General Manager of the Group since January 2020.
She graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the University of the Aegean. She has extensive experience in private healthcare, having held senior positions in the finance departments of healthcare groups in Greece. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Athens Medical Group since November 2025.
She has more than 30 years of experience in senior management positions in healthcare. She has been a Management Advisor to Athens Medical Group since 2009.
She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a paediatrician. She has worked at European Interbalkan Medical Center since 2000. From 2004 to 2013, she served as Deputy Director of its Paediatric Center. In 2013, she took on responsibility, as Director, for organising and operating Athens Medical Group’s International Patient Center, which comprises three International Patient Departments at the Group’s hospitals and the Group’s International Insurance & Assistance Department.
He studied Business Administration, specialising in Marketing. He served for 15 years as Commercial Attaché at the British Embassy in Greece. He has attended a number of management and marketing seminars in the United Kingdom and Greece. He joined the Group in 2003 and has been its Director of Corporate & International Relations since 2011.
He graduated from the University of Piraeus with a degree in Economics and went on to complete an MBA. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, most of it in managerial positions. He has served as the Group’s Director of Patient Accounts since 2012.
He holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. He has extensive experience in senior roles involving the organisation, development & operation of technical departments.
He graduated from nursing school and completed further training in Health Unit Management, Cardiac Nursing and Intensive Care Nursing. He initially worked as a nurse and subsequently served for many years as Director of Quality and Education. He has been with the Group since 2011, holding the position of Director of Quality Management Systems & Clinic Performance Measurement.
He graduated from Panteion University in Public Administration and also studied Information Technology as a Software Technician. He holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University Business School in London and has more than 25 years of experience in senior human resources management roles across various sectors.
She graduated from the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed postgraduate studies specialising in Health Unit Management. Her professional career spans more than 30 years as legal counsel to healthcare providers and insurance companies, covering healthcare, insurance and commercial law.
She served on Boards of Directors for a decade, actively participating in decision-making and policy development to support the growth and effective operation of these organisations. Since 2010, she has served as Legal Counsel to Athens Medical Group, focusing on the Group’s legal protection and providing support in shaping strategic choices.
He graduated from the Department of Economics at the University of Athens and holds the Postgraduate Professional Qualification in Auditing and Accounting (METKEL). He is a statutory auditor with more than 15 years of experience at major audit firms (Big Four), providing audit and assurance services in a managerial capacity. Since February 2015, he has held the position of Internal Auditor at Athens Medical Group E.A.E.
She holds a diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Industrial Systems Organisation and Management. She has more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in healthcare and has served as Director of Business Development at Athens Medical Group since November 2024.
Nikos Kavoulis holds a degree in Electronic Engineering, specialising in Information Systems Management and Information Systems Security. He has more than 25 years of experience in the design, implementation and management of complex information systems in healthcare.
During his career, he has held executive management positions in data centre and FinTech companies, leading digital transformation, cybersecurity and technological innovation projects.
He has received Greek and European Innovation Awards for designing and implementing the first Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) offering, making a significant contribution to the development of cybersecurity services.
Since 2023, he has served as Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO) of Athens Medical Group, with responsibility for the Group’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity and information systems governance.
