The health alphabet for the summer

I love and take care of my body, especially now in the summer.

I put sunscreen on my face and body.

I regularly fill my glass with water-tea-natural juice.

A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, small and light meals are ideal for the summer.

Pregnancy + summer = hydration + selected and healthy diet!

Being hot means that my body loses water and electrolytes that need to be replenished.

Sun: I do not expose myself to direct sunlight, especially during the midday hours.

Want more coolness? Prefer iced water and tea. Soft drinks will dehydrate you.

Sweat: Sweat is made up of water, minerals, fatty acids, etc. Let’s replenish them properly.

Summer: our diet plays an important role in order to spend it giving health to our body.

Eating less and smaller portions of food is the best for the good health of our body in the summer.

Portions: size matters! Let’s consult the tables or the specialist.

Water, the most important component of the human body. It makes up approximately 60% of our body weight and participates in all the normal functions of the body.

Happy summer, children! On hot summer days, children sweat much more and play non-stop, despite the high temperatures. During this period, they need more attention and proper hydration.

All our meals should be small and light.

Be careful of the elderly who are taking medication!

Ask your doctor about the dosages of some medications that need to be modified in the summer.

Spicy sauces and fatty foods should be avoided in the summer.

Even if we stay in the city? Smile and optimism!

Sleep: it is essential! It will rest us to welcome winter.

Fruits and vegetables should dominate the summer diet.

Relaxation and at the same time swimming and exercise will help the good health of our body.

Look for small, happy and unforgettable summer moments – getaways.

Have a nice and happy summer to all of us, in the city or in the countryside!
